While I welcome clients of all gender identities, I am especially passionate about supporting women on their journey towards empowerment, self-discovery, and holistic well-being. With a warm and compassionate approach, I provide a safe space for women to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. As a dedicated therapist and mother, I understand the unique challenges that women face in today's society. Whether it's transitioning into motherhood, navigating relationships, managing stress, overcoming trauma, or enhancing self-esteem, I am committed to helping my clients develop the skills and resilience needed to thrive.

My therapeutic style is integrative, incorporating elements of interpersonal process therapy (IPT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to meet each individual's unique needs. I believe in the power of empathy, authenticity, and the therapeutic relationship to foster growth and positive change.
